Notarial services
Requests for certified true copies of passports may be received in person or by mail - Please complete form PPTC 516. For payment by credit card, please complete form PPTC 084.
An additional fee is charged for authenticating (witnessing) a signature when a Statement in Lieu of Certification of Non-Impediment to Marriage Abroad is issued.
