Since 2000, Canada’s NCP has been mandated to review complaints regarding non-observance of the OECD Guidelines. Since 2011, the NCP is required to publish a final statement for all specific instances at the end of the proceedings. The NCP also publishes initial assessments for cases accepted since September 2022.
