1. EGM should identify opportunities to create structured processes and operational approaches that build coherence through improved communication and engagement between business lines, at the country or regional level, where appropriate.

1.1 EGM will (a) establish criteria and identify countries or regions, and (b) develop processes and operational approaches at the country/regional level that will maximize the impact of coherence in achieving priorities.

1.2 EGM will engage in discussions with CFSD and other Geographic branches to develop a cross-stream learning roadmap for amalgamated teams, that fosters cross-stream learning, and to deliver training to staff.

1.3 EGM will initiate a collaborative planning process and share 2024-25 Branch planning commitments across streams with all staff and reinforce expectations for cross-stream collaboration, and that this is reflected in planning by HQ, in Strategia, Heads of Cooperation, and Heads of Mission mandate letters.
