Key themes for discussion
Feedback was sought on the potential requirements for aluminum importers to provide information on the country of smelt and cast (CSC) as an additional condition of using General Import Permit No. 83 – Aluminum Products and included the following key themes:
- overall potential collection and publication of CSC information
- the usefulness of the information
- the definition of CSC
- the proposed method to collect the information
- the overall impacts on stakeholders
