Decision by the Commission of the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans鈥怭acific Partnership regarding Administration for Implementation of the CPTPP

The Commission decides as follows:

1. Recalling the Decision by the Commission of the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans鈥�Pacific Partnership regarding Administration for Implementation of the CPTPP, adopted 19 January 2019, CPTPP/COM/2019/D001, which established rules to name a rotating chair by order of Parties notifying the Depositary in writing of the completion of their applicable legal procedure and included an Annex that established the rotation of Chair until the year 2026, the Commission hereby extends said Annex to confirm the rotation of Chair until the year 2031, as indicated in the Annex to this Decision.
